Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil upto a depth of 30 cm after riddling of excavated soil (in lieu of sand) for cushioning of cable and refilling of trenches with left over normal excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair bus bar box of size 450x300x500mm fabricated by 3 mm thick MS sheet outdoor type, dust/vermin proof, mounted/fixed on angle Iron frame of MS equal angle size 40x40x6mm of height 0.90 mtr, erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm stone aggregateand including aluminium bus bar flat of size 50x6 mm fixed as bus bar over the insulators, sleeved for three phase and neutral and spray painting the box with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of metal primer including necessary excavation, PCC for fixing the box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and jointing straight through joint outdoor type 1100 volts grade heat shrinkable type suitable for 3.5x 25 sqmm to 3.5x 95 sqmm LT XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Reassembling, testing and commissioning completely all as directed by Engineer in charge Note:- Replacement of unserviceable electrical parts will be measured as supply only and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for repairing and testing of Servo Controlled Stabilizer capacity 10/20 KVA at reputed workshop including disconnecting the LT cables complete and taking out the core and checking the continuity and insulation value of coils for all three phases, inspecting and reinsulating coils if required, repair and, replacing the wornout parts if any, all as specified and as direcrted. Note : The rate shall also deemed to be included the rate for : (i) Technician, Electrician,and labours. (ii) Rewing of coils (iii) Minor spares/parts. (iv) Transportaion charges upto workshop and back.

Cleaning of substations located at technical area once in a month as per Engr-in-charge's instructions by applying cloth for removing dirt on all the equipments located inside the sub stations and removing all the grass weeds/vegetation with roots or by applying spray of Herbicides. Note:-(i) Total 12 Nos E/M Sub Station/Installation cleaning will be carried out once in a month and the same will be measured as one job. (ii) The rate for labour/herbicides to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The quoted rate shall also include the rate of materials like cottton, Broom, MAFF, Stick for mounting Broom, Phenol which are required for the cleaning of installations.
