M&L for two coats of anti-corrosive paint on steel surfaces including preparation new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, over 10 cm in width or girth, not other wise described all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and apply one coat of anti corrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (Anti fungal paint APEX Ultima) over a coat of acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint apex ultima (Anti fungal paint) on old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices, chajjas, roof projection, facia etc. including preparation of surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, filling cracks etc complete all as per manufacture instructions. Note :- Rates of external treatment shall deemed to be inclusive of cleaning of bushes/plants if any found on walls/ceiling/roof and same shall be removed with roots including applying anti growth chemical and making good surfaces all as specified and as directed

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre all as specified and as directed

M& L for 8 mm thick seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish Note:Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately Make: STA Enterprises Bangalore,Aerolite GRG leo ceiling tiles R.K ceilings New Delhi.

Schedule 'A' -Part II ( Internal Electrification)

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring any type (light, fan socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc all as specified and as directed

M&L for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 Sq mm copper cable FRLS multi stranded unsheathed drawn through & including concealed PVC conduit and 1.5 sq mm conductor cable for earth wire including making connection with common earth and earth dolly including pressed steel terminal al boxes concealed in wall with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches sockets regulator etc all as specified and as directed

M&L for point wiring for 5 Amp independent point with 1.5 sq mm copper wire & 1.5 sq mm copper wire as earth lead drawn through & including concealed PVC conduit of suitable size.

S&F Switch piano flush button single pole one way 5 Amps all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch socket combination outlet 2 in 1 5 pin 5 Amps flush type all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ceiling rose, 3 phase / PVC / polycarbonate, isolated body all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCB 6 to 32 Amps, Single Pole, braking capacity 10KA, B curve (ISI Marked) all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair MCB 32 Amps, SPN, braking capacity 10KA, C series complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure DB, 12 way, SPN, single door factory made powder coated including neutral/earth connector, fixed in wall complete all as per specified and as directed

S&F LED tube light fitting surface mounted integrated type with 20 watts LED having minimum 100 lumens / watt complete including dismantling old fittings all as specified and as directed.

S&F Sub main wiring with 2.5 sq mm three runs of single core multi stranded FRLS unsheathed PVC copper conductor cable 1100 Volts as per colour code drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit with all accessories as required and connecting to existing main switch board/DB & testing on completion including dismantling old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Three runs of cable and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measred as one unit

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top connected to Copper earth strip 20 x 3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass and earth lead connected to main DB panel /meter box panel with including necessary and earth work and excavation including PCC chamber 1:3:6 and RCC cover all as specified and or shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR-1 complete all as specified and as directed

Schedule 'A' -Part III ( External Electrification)

Supply, laying jointing and commissioning of under ground cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 7098 Part-1 1988 with aluminium conductor multi standarded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall including dismantling of existing cable of 10 Sq mm 2 core all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed

M&L for sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed and specified. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm all as specified and as directed

M&L for returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed

M&L for removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed.

M&L for fixing GI tubing 40mm dia light grade use for the protection of cable all as specified and as directed
