Taking out unserviceable top of bed plywood and Supply & Fixing new one of commercial plywood 12mm thick size 6’-3” x 3’ (BWR type) fixed with MS screw including tightening all loose members of bed properly by providing some extra wooden supports of suitable size to connect legs and frame of bed, screwed properly so that no loose member found in the bed and bed should not shake after repairing complete. All as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out unserviceable head board of Bed Hard and providing new ones & fixing of 25mm thick commercial block board covered both side with 4mm thick ply wood one side teak face fixed with MS screw and nails including providing teak wood beading 6mm thick to all sides of board complete. Taking out unserviceable Foot board of Bed Hard and providing new ones & fixing of 25mm thick commercial block board covered both side with 4mm thick ply wood one side teak face fixed with MS screw and nails including providing teak wood beading 6mm thick to all sides of board complete. Taking out unserviceable long rails and providing new Ist class hard wood long rails of the existing pattern and size to the bed complete.

Taking out unserviceable short rail of bed and making short rail from long rail obtained vide item above and fixed in bed complete.

Taking out unserviceable legs and providing new teak wood legs of the existing pattern and size to bed complete.

M&L for replace of unserviceable stiffener of bed ply wood top with new stiffener of size 820 x 60 x 40mm of 1st class HW (Teak) duly finished complete.

S&F for flat Iron 25 x 4mm L-Shaped stiffeners 100mm long on either side total 200mm long fixed with screw at a junction of long rail, short rail, foot and head Board of Bed hard complete.

M&L for repair of MNF fixing arrangement on Head board and foot board of bed plytop with brass screw 25 mm long round head two numbers each side.

Taking out unserviceable ply from back side of Side Board and providing new 6mm thick ply wood commercial BWR grade –I.

Taking out unserviceable shutter of Side Board and supply & fixing new shutter double leaf made of 18/19mm thick block board one side teak face and other side commercial fixed with 50mm hinges 2 Nos in each leaf with 6mm thick TW edging including replacement of 40mm plastic knob superior quality in each shutter.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable drawer of side Board and providing new drawer of made of Ist class hard wood [teak] and bottom of 6mm thick plywood commercial BWR grade-I including replacement of 40mm dia plastic fancy type knob in each drawer and polishing all woodwork complete
