Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212-1990 in joints (expansion/construction/dummy) including applying of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. i/c cleaning & removing of existing polysulphide sealant complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge & manufacturers specifications. (Note:- For purpose of payment, quantity (Length x Width x Depth) of Polysulphide sealant only will be measured.)

Providing and laying in position Pre-moulded Filler board (High Density) of 25mm thickness inserted vertically in the joints to fill the excess depth of joints at desired location on Runway as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Pre-moulded Filler board (High Density) of 10mm thickness inserted vertically in the joints to fill the excess depth of joint at desired location on Runway as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying three component Epoxy mortar (Shalifix EM or equivalent) with excellent adhesion to substrate for repair of concrete pavement including preparation of surface by cleaning, removing dust ,dirt, applying primer ,laying the material in position with minimum average thickness of 10 mm and finishing with top coat with Shalimark WB or eqivalent all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (Only labour for this item is to be paid and stone shall be supplied by AAI.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :Edges of sllab and breaks in floors and walls Under 20cm wide

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Dismantling/Removing G.I.Chain link fencing from existing angle iron posts and stacking the serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling concertina coil fencing/ RBT wires from existing M.S. posts and stacking the serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing available G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing available concertina coil fencing up to 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped 3.00 mtr apart including necessary wire/ bolts tied to angle iron all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 450 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe
