Improvement of 1150 KVA 6.6 KV to 440 Volt HT Imported oil cooling type English Electric make transformer No. 1 & 2 installed at Kilokri old SPS carrying out following works:- Dismantling the complete transformer. Removing the HT connections leads removing the top cover, oil tank, silica gel breathes & cooling fins etc.
Lifting the core & coils with safe & sound condition.
Cleaning the core & coils with hot oil vacuum machine & remove the moisture from the coils & core.
Cleaning the transformer tank, removing the sludge & silt.
Tapping the connection lead with kraft tape.
Replacement of 11 KV HT insulator bushings.
Replacement of winding protection pad.
Repairing of tape changer of transformer No. 1.
Lowering the transformer core & coils with safe & sound condition.
Replacement of top cover gasket & insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage.
Replacement of transformer oil & dehydration of the same. Make of transformer oil Savita / Power oil).
Replacement of silica gel.
Checking and testing the transformer winding with HI-POT testing, IR DVDF testing, voltage ratio etc.
Assembling the complete transformer & testing on load at site i/c cartage charges, tools & tackles & all safety measures as per IER during execution of work in all respect.
