Construction of Synthetic acrylic volleyball court Playing Court Surface High-performance multi-layer synthetic acrylic flooring system with acrylic primer coat over prepared asphalt surface to ensure proper bonding, adhesion, and uniform base for subsequent resurfacer and colour with coating layers.

First coat of acrylic resurfacer material to fill minor surface pores, cracks, and undulations, ensuring initial smoothness and base correction. Second coat of acrylic resurfacer for enhanced surface uniformity, improved cushioning effect, and preparation for final colour layers. First synthetic acrylic colour coat with UV-resistant pigment to achieve uniform colour distribution and durable playing surface. Final acrylic top colour coat with anti-slip finish, weather resistance, and long-lasting surface protection suitable for outdoor sports use.

Standard court size 18m × 9m with surrounding free zone minimum 3m on all sides

Total system thickness 3mm to 6mm ensuring controlled ball response and player comfort.
