Providing and application of one pack ready mix and ready to use resin polymer bonded granular textured coating finish of approved colour and shade for all types of plastered and /or exposed concrete surfaces in all kind of works in all levels including preparation of surface, preparation of working drawing labour, material, equipment, handling, transportation, mixing, laying, applying, finishing, testing, curing, making grooves, scaffolding, staging etc., all complete as per teh specification, drawing, and instrcutions of EIC for the niominal thickness of 25mm with natural colour graded stone chips for external finish
Providing and applying Single component, Coal Tar Epoxy coating over concrete/masonry/steel surfaces: after sufficient cleaning of the surfaces for dirt, loose particles and other such materials for a Dry film thickness of 200micron (including the primer coat thickness) in two or more layers above a suitable primer layer as suggested by manufacturer, by maintaining sufficient time between the successive coats all as prescribed by the manufacturer. (Scraping of the existing paint will be paid separately
Providing and applying Single component, chlorinated rubber painting over concrete/masonry/steel surfaces: after sufficient cleaning of the surfaces for dirt, loose particles and other such materials for a Dry film thickness of 50micron (excluding the primer coat thickness) in two or more layers above a primer layer of high build zinc phosphate primer, by maintaining sufficient overcoat time between the successive coats all as prescribed by the manufacturer.
