Note: (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with carpenter, plumber, mason, welder 0830 hrs at AGE B/R I (N) Meerut complain cell to receive complaint for plumbing, carpenter works, masonry works, welding and to submit completion report on the same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip area wise as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor. (iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of T&P, equipment, safety device etc alongwith sufficient labour to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Cost of labour for providing new items including replacement /Demolition/ dismantling/ taking out/down of old unserviceable item shall be deemed under respective item. (v) Complaint delayed more than 48 hrs Rs250/- recovery has to be made for each complaint per day. (vi) No seperate payment paid to any tradesmen and supervisor (vii) All below maint work sites will be handed over in piece meal/patches in any qty and size for execution of the work without damaging the undamaged portion as per user requirement. (viii) For the emergency work like water tanks, plumbing fittings etc which effects basic needs will be advanced procured by the contractor and fixed on emergency basis on short notice ] (ix) Printed complaint slip book shall be provided and maintained by the contractor.

Taking down 15 mm dia bib cock of any pattern or of any type and re-fixing the same after minor repairs such as replacement of washers etc or refixing old serviceable bib cocks/ stop cocks any pattern (any major parts such as jumpers brass/ spindles/ caps etc to be replace accordingly)

Petty repair to high or low level flushing cistern by adjusting the float valve leaking of PVC connection, PVC bend including replacing of rubber washer check nuts plunger etc any type of flush carrying out minor repairs such as stopping of leakage etc and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints related to Carpenter Work , including repair and easing of wooden & aluminium doors re-fixing or retightening of doors, windows, resecuring of door/window wire guage etc including nails, screws etc required to make good the work, complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints related to mason work such as repair to existing damaged plaster/ floor/ plinth protection/ jointing of damage brick/stone work in minor patches not exc 2.00 Sqm each including matching the surface with existing finish with necessary material like cement, sand, lime aggregate, brick stone etc complete all as Specified and directed.

Attending complaints related to Plumbing/Water Supply and obtaining completion from user including minor repair of taps by replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts, PVC connection and making water supply functional in case of blockage redressing of GI pipe joints if any leakage is found, repair of un-functional PVC flushing cistern, repair/replacement of face complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair bib cock PTMT standard 15 mm dia with capastan head , complete male or female as reqd and as directed by Engineer In charge Make Shakti/'Prayag/Polytuf'

Supply and fixing in repair TWO WAY bib cock brass chromium plated 15 mm dia with capastan head, screwed down high pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs stop cock PTMT standard 15 mm dia with capastan head , complete male or female as reqd and as directed by Engineer In charge Make : Shakti/Prayag/Polytuf or equivalent

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position from unframed work as in roof members complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified incl filling of gaps between wall and sheet with PCC 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded agg)/ brick work CM 1:4 and plastering the surfaces with CM 1:4 on both side where required cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut prepolished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing upto Granite finish complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 30mm thick Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid Moulded WPC door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N edge),minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per pecification & drawing.

S&F for flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core, 30 mm thick, ISI marked, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L gauged steel shutter shall be made out of U frame 35x35x5mm, 25x25x5mm and 1.5mm thick as shown on drawing. The frame for shutter shall be of pressed steel and 10mm Square bars grill complete with fly proof wire mesh having 0.63mm nominal dia wire and 1.4mm average with aperture including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and including taking down old doors any type with iron items all specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

S & F Factory made solid wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly → supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

M&L Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

The installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following (ii) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex / Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (iii) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal - 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO. (iv) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal - 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions. (v) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP whilst the first coat is wet. (vi) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal - 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (vii) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat.(VIII) Material & labour for suitable thickness of PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded broken brick aggregate) for filling in the sunken portion of slab up to its floor level.(IX) Supply & fix of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade, 450mm long (for draining out the water) complete all as specified and directed.

(Note:- Dismantling of existing water tank on roof disconnected and after cleaning same position re-connecting shall be deemed included in quoted rate of item).

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed.
