Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) Asian paint/Nerolac paint/Dulux paint including priming coat of primer of Asian paint/Nerolac paint/Dulux paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives.New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC Asian paint/Nerolac paint/Dulux paint (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour including putty repair up to .50 sqm.Two coats All stains of paint old /new to be removed by agency from floor ,glass frame etc in same day

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand Asian paint/Nerolac paint/Dulux paint and manufacture,having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

White washing with lime to give an even shade :Old work (two or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of Asian paint/Nerolac paint/Dulux paint required colour to give an even shade : two or more coats on old work.All stains of paint old /new to be removed by agency from floor ,glass frame etc in same day

Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture :Old work

Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade asian apex ultima /Dulux Weathershield Powerflexx/Nerolac EXCEL EVERLAST 12 or equalent make:Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
