Demolition of brick work / stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar and removing of debris outside of MD Land as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing of debris outside of MD Land as specified and directed..

Taking down cement plaster including racking out hacking for keys scrubing down with water including removal of debrises all as specified and directed complete.

M&L brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but stone masonry work except stones as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agregated) as in coping/ bed blocks etc as specified and directed.

M&L broken glass coping on top of walls in CM (1:3) as specified and directed.

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4 ), on fair faces of brick or concrete surface and finished even and smooth as specified and directed.

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4 ), on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick or concrete surface and finished even and smooth as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for as specified and directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n.exc. 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc. 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and making good surface as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other stock section as in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling, bol;ting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 ( E-165) as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, comlete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and pintal hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvenised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins, etc as specified and directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc of existing old galvenised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooking ends stiffeners confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde. E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed bolh ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n.exc. 5 cm, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc. 25 cm in soil as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50 mtr & deposited where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n exc 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, n exc 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as specified and directed.

S&F GI chain link fencing wire or mesh size 100 x 100 mm and dia of GI wire 3 mm fixed to any type of standard flat iron straining bolts etc including binding with wire incl taking down existing fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete(un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) as specified and directed.

M&L, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading fine aggregate (sand) for sand cusioning to receive interlocking tile , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast coloured Interlocking paver block / tiles any shape and size 60 mm thick confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of M-35 grade chemically treated rubber moulded complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick , with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
