Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 2.00 above but except bricks.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 4.00 above but except stone.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or einforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed, complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing in CM 1:4 on course squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75-80mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Eeach line wire shall be measured.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencinng having weight not less than 4.00 Kg / Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bolts, purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30cm long and dia of neck in not exc 12mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel work as in angle iron posts or struts in fencing and for making waterways, grills etc. including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary, conforming to GE-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires of any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings, not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling in, mass concrete and sunken portion etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, bed plates lintle blocks etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size, confirming to IS:15658-2006, M-35 Grade, set and jointed with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size, confirming to IS:15658-2006, M-40 Grade, set and jointed with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of trellis work (jafri) including taking as under of battens in trellies (post and rails measured separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr from the site and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudation, filling in and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for trellis work (Jafri) 35X10mm laths (fixed straight or diagonally) of 2nd class soft wood, clean sawn, two way trellies work with 50mm spaces in clear including 75x50mm fillet (notched to take ends of leths) all around annd fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10cm with or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel round bars 6-8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking bends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less then 0.90mm dia or secuing with clips Fe-410 Gde E-250, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surfaces of any description not exc 10cm width or girth when uncounected with other painting or when painted in different tint, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundations, laying of pipes etc. and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for manholes etc. not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
