The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied Procurement of Oral Health care equipment , Pallative and Geriatric Care and Steel Rack for Drugs Storage of similar type specified in the Schedule of Requirements to any Government / ULB / or any other Government organizations in any one of the last 3 years financial year and be in satisfactory operation for 12 months as on date of tender opening (b) Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer meeting with the above requirement in full can also be considered provided.The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per Standards

The tenderer, as authorized representative should have supplied installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 80% of floated similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in Government / ULB / or any other Government organizations in any one of the last three financial years (2022-23 to 2024-25)

Bidders should have sound financial background. The Bidders should have a turnover of minimum Rs. 52.50 Lakhs, in any Two of last five Financial Years in similar nature of work. The Tenderer should submit turnover copy certified by Chartered Accountant. with UDIN No.

Each tenderer should further demonstrate unconditional Line of credit/Bankers Certificate /Solvency Certificate facilities of not less than Rs 7.87 lakhs With name of the work and Indent Number (as per the Section-XV)

Tenderer (Manufacturer) should submit Certificate of registration of the Company under the companies act, 1956 or GST registration any other suitable registration certificate issued by Concerned Statutory Authorities under relevant act.

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized (as per authorization form in Section XIII) by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India.

Tenderer should submit valid GST Registration Certificate and PAN Card.

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government /Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments

Tenderer should submit details of experience and past performance of the Tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three years and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments (as per proforma given in Section XII).

Authorization from OEM The bidder is an authorized dealer than he shall upload authorization letter issued by manufacturer (OEM)
