Repair to building by water proofing treatment of flat RCC roof in Type-III, Sector-I area GCF Estate, Jabalpur.

M & L INJECTION & GROUTING: - Repairing of cracks/joints along the roof wall junction, chajja wall junction or at grooves between panels of roof or like locations by injrection grouting process consisisting following operations :- (a). Making all operations for cutting, chiesling and cavity work for grooves of size 50 x 75 mm along the length at requires spaces and making grooves dust free by washing with water. (b). Placement of 20 mm size stone aggregates inside the cavity and sealed the surface with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with Acrylic polymer bonding agent of MC-Bauchemie (I) Pvt. Ltd/MYK /Fosroc @ 200 ml/bag of cement and inserting 12-15 mm dia. Aluminium/M.S hickle plated hozels pipe/nipples along honey comb area at 1 meter interval of the span and allow to curve complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (c). Pressure Grouting by manually operated pump i.e. injected through the nozels with cement slurry mixed with goruting admixutre MYD Grout ADD, Wonder Grout Mix EH or M.C.- Einpresshilfe-EH @ 1% by weight of cement and cutting of nipples/nozels after curing etc. complete as per direction of E-I-C.

M & L WATER PROOF COATING:- (i). Surface preparation: - Removing the existing treatment if any, cleaning the surface by wire brush and washing down with water to remove all the loose contaminations and disposed off the rubbish from the premises. (ii) M &L charges for application of two coats of water proofing cementations polymer dispersion based flexible protective coating with MYK TOP GUARD, Dichtament DS of M.C -Bauchemie (I) Pvt. Ltd. or Brush Bond of Fosroc as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Cement Concrete in type B2 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete in all respect as directed.

Dismantling cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for application one coat of Acrylic Polymer Bonding Agent before application of Top Guard on RCC Roof, mixed 1:2 (1 liter Acrylic Polymer Bonding Agent with 2kg cement) Make- MYK Multicrete, Dr. Fixit.

M&L Rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair/unfair surfaces of old brick work wall/concrete concrete surfaces/new brick wall at any height/depth complete in all respect as directed.
