Plastering with C.M 1:5 12mm thick including cost of cement all materials labour, lead, lift, curing, T&Ps etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Supplying Mild steel Grills for windows, ventilators, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&Ps , painting work, Glass and transport etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Supplying and fixing of PVC pipe of 110 mm dia, 4 kg / cm2 with necessary specials, including cost of all materials, labour, leads, lift, T&Ps etc complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Painting the outside wall with two coats of best quality exterior emulsion of approved colour over a interior primer coat of all materials, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
