Operation and Maintenance of existing 03 nos. R.O. plant of 500 LPH to capacity comprising water treatment plant, waste water re-cycling plant, dispensing unit and storage tank etc. all complete for 3 years at Fruit and Vegetable Market, Gazipur.

Day to day running, operation and maintenance of 3 nos RO plant installed for shifts working(each shift having 8 working hours) by skilled operator including necessary maintenance of electrical parts, electronics parts, wires, cables, switch board etc. all complete The above refer capacity mentioned are for minimum purified water the water shall be purified for the drinking purpose as per BIS/DJB standards and as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C Skilled Labour per shift of 8 hrs for operation of RO System. (Minimum wages as pr Ministry of labour notification dated 01.09.2024) As per Annexure.

Day to day maintenance of R.O. Plants i/c the cost of consumable like chemical, anti-scalant solution. P.H. correction solution etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Anti-Scalant dosing chemical consumption per month (45 ltrs per month @ RS.250/- per liter, 45 x 250 = Rs. 11,250/-)

Provision for routine wear and tear of raw water pumps, Chiller Plants, Dispensing Unit, high pressure pumps, electrical spare parts & control panels & wire & cables repairing & replacement 3x25000=75000/-

Replacement of membranes of size 4"x40" Including providing and fixing in plants make of hydronautic/Filmtech dow/LG/Tora. (3 RO’s X 1 Nos. per year = 3 each)

Replacement including providing and fixing micron cartilage filter of reputed brand 3 x 2 x 4 =24

Testing of RO water for chemical and Biological test quarterly intervals from Jal Board/NABL approved lab as directed by E-I-C

Providing applying epoxy paint of all paintable parts of RO plants by spray machine including removable of rust and applying a priming coat all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.

Cleaning of water storage tank (inside surface Area) of 5000 litres capacity installed at on the roof of booth with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body & disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
