The rod and exothermic joint together successfully tested at 25 KA fault current by CPRI with 50 Kg eco friendly earth enhancing compound with each earth rod. The earth pit should be 125 mm dia. the compound should comply to IEC:62561-7 having passed leaching, corrosion, sulphur and resistivity test as per IEC: 62651-7 by NABL accredit Lab with FRP earth pit cover of top size lockable Lid. It includes GI Protection pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia. with copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm upto test point, strip should be run on PCC block of suitable size upto wall to avoid touching to ground including connecting of strip between two earthing earth pit cover, including dismantling old unserviceable earthing material complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully Unserviceable high bay light/hanger lights/Dispersal lights/Blast pen light fitting from pole/Structure and repair/replacement of worn out parts and carbon cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire/aluminium wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after repair,testing and refixing in pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of hanger light complete all as specefied.

Note : Replacement of defective spare parts of fitting (to make functional ) will be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, cost of replacement screws, nuts, bolts, and cleaning of fittings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down existing old unserviceable underground LT cable upto size 50 Sqmm, 4/3.5 /2 core keeping aside for reuse/removal from trenches/ wall/pole , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 50 mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road under drains, laid in trenches/fixed on walls/poles with suitable clamps bolts nuts etc including taking down of old unserviceble pipe , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
