Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (twelve millimeter) to 20 mm (twenty millimeter) in patches of area 2.5 sqm. (two point five square meter) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with cement mortor 1:4 (one cement: four sand) as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Renewing float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (five point zero millimeter) (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seven five liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture ICI (Dulex Glass) , Nerolac, Berger (Luxol High Glass), Asian Paint (Premium ApcoliteGlass) Shalimar make in all height/ in all floor level as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point eighty liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture upto all heights as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Painting two coats(excluding priming coat on new concrete masonry/plaster surfaces with readymixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with white paint as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Excavation in earth work in foundation and trenches etcetera in all kind and classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work and saturated soil any other mixed verity of soil in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift upto any height including chiseling/wedging out rocks where blasting prohibited dewatering pumping or bailing out water where required and/ removal of slush seprately as directed which may arise during the execution including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material and then returning stacked soil in any thickness of layers when required into plinth side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as specified dumping place as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8(one cement: four sand: eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty miillmeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge 80mm (Eighty millimetre) thick cement copncrete paver block of M-30 (M-thirty) grade with approved color design and pattern. in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials .
