SCHEDULE 'A' (REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF LT PANELS & UG CABLES AND CONNECTED WORKS)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for removing / taking out burnt cables complete all specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and in layers n.exc 25cms thick without damaging pipes/special fittings as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread river sand in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Punned thickness only will be measured)

Supply and lay burnt bricks of old size sub-class B for cable protection all as directed & as specified.

Material and labour for fixing the new moulded case circuit breakers (MCCB) in the existing feeder pillar box with new bolts and nuts including connecting the incoming and out going cables by using suitable cable glands and jumpers/cable with the bus bar including Taking down burnt out MCCB, of following capacity in the existing feeder Pillar box complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing the new Miniture circuit breakers (MCB) in the existing feeder pillar box with new bolts and nuts including connecting the incoming and out going cables by using suitable cable glands and jumpers/cable with the bus bar including Taking down burnt out MCCB, of following capacity in the existing feeder Pillar box complete as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, and testing of new energy meter electronic type 3 phase of accuracy class 0.5, input voltage measurment 50-520 Volt, AC, flush mounting type,including taking down old unserviceable electro mechanical meter of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Schneider Cat no 30002572 or equivalent in SIEMENS/HPL INDIA/L&T/INDO ASIA

Supply, installation, and testing of new Voltmeter, 3 phase of accuracy class 0.5, input voltage measurment 50-520 Volt, AC, flush mounting type including taking down old unserviceable Voltmeter of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:-Schneider Cat no 30002965 or equivalent in BCH/ Siemens.

Supply, installation, and testing of new Ammeter 3 phase, of accuracy class 0.5, AC, flush mounting type including taking down old unserviceable Ammeter of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:-Schneider Cat no 30002964 or equivalent in BCH/ Siemens.

M & L for opening the cover of ACB 4000/3200/1600/800 A, 440V, 4P and servicing/ of fixed and moving contacts, repair and replacement of fixed copper terminal/contacts (male and female ),insulation tubes including other connected items to functional of panel board , lamp indicators ,meters, tripping coil , caliberation of over load protection relay , time delay relay /earth fault relay etc . Clening the fixed and moving contact inside the ACBs properly , checking of EDO/MDO mechanism, servicing and graesing all movable machanisum , replacement of defective fuses , wiring and reassembling and testing and serviceability check complete all as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and manufacturer instructions. Note : Servicing will be done by authorised dealer only

M & L for servicing of 30 KVA UPS system, checking battery terminal for tight or replacement, connection cable including other connected items to functional of panel board , lamp indicators ,meters, lubricating battery terminal, replacement of defective fuses , wiring and reassembling and testing and serviceability check complete all as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and manufacturer instructions. Note : Servicing will be done by authorised dealer only

M & L for taking down old unserviceable battery and replacement with new sealed maintenance free lead acid battery12 V, 42 AH including connected wire and clamps for 30 KVA UPS system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Exide Model EP-42-12 or equivalent Amaron

S & F wall mounted flex sign board size not less than 0.8x0.6mtr made out of high quality GI sheet thickness not less than 2mm and suitable size of Aluminium bedding with flex for marking of schematic diagram of external electric supply scheme with suitable fixing arrangement as directed by Engr-in-Charge and including 2x10W batten type LED fitting and wiring inside the board with suitable size of cables and the board fixed on wall with suitable size of GI nut bolts complete including taking down old existing, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade PVC /XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured multistranded heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 2 core 10 Sqmm, laid in trenches/ duct / walls including cable gland on both termination where necessary including laying, connecting to various switches in panel board,etc, testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth work excavation shall be measured and paid separately.
