Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced concrete 1:1.5:3 mix RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers..
