Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m away from work site including cost of all labour with T & P,Cess required for the work as per direction of EIC.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with doublers (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing & leveling the bed & depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including Cess and cost of all labour T&P & dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of M-15 of controlled qualityhaving a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 150Kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using hard crusher broken granite materials of 40mm size and down graded consistence with strengthof approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyanceroyalitteisand of all materials and labour with T&P & Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with neCessaryprojections, chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc, complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with alland Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Well burnt Clamp burnt masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth andsuperstructure using C.B. bricks of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75 kg per sq. cm. including splays, cutting, circular moulding, chamfering corbelling and similar such type of works with all neCessary projections watering and curing, after immersing the brick in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, Cess & T&P required for the work with alland Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges etc. complete in all respect in all floors and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of E.C. bags.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if neCessary with cost, conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and Cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work ofproportion(1:1:5:3) using 12mm size hard black crusherbroken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth to recieve painting or white or colour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary with cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges andof all materials and labour with T&P Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charge for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and laying the grills and placing in proper position etc complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge Column Foundation, Plinth Beam & Window sill

(1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming IS:15477 of 3 mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including with cost, conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess&T &P etcrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance of allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls suraface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats with any approved paint to old wood work and iron work including cost of the paint withsand papering, polishing the surface in all respectwith cost, conveyance and , Cess of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Providing and supplying of HYSD bars confirming toapproved grade including straightening cutting bending bindiing lapping , welding etc confirming to ISI specification) & jointing if neCessary by lapping & tying the grills &placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design placing the grills in position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 guage including Cess etc complete as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge
