Demolition of cement concrete concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete of M 25 grade(using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for ULTRA cement concrete tiles of any size /shape thickness 20-25mm set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigment to match the tiles over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 62 cm wide Udaypur green stone 15 to 18 mm thick. (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platform of size not less than 2 m in length, including cutting for sink over prepared surface and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marble dusts admixture of pigment to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceilling, corinces, pillasters etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china counter wash hand basin snow white of miniumum size 560mmx470mm fixed in grante slab including chromium plated brass coupling, bottle trap, chromium plated brass centre hole mixer, PVC braided connection (two numbers), angular stop cock ( valve) complete all as specified. Note : (i) Counter wash hand basin cat Part No. 1005A of 'Cera' or equivalent model of make specified in particular specifications. (ii) Quoted rate also include cost of S&F of 20mm thick black machine polished granite slab in single piece of minimum size 900 mm x 600mm including necessary cutting and bevelling of exposed edges of slab. M&L for ATT along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @2.25 litre per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron

M&L for providing precast cement concrete of 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate), louvers and jallies 25mm thick ( measured solid ) set in cement mortor 1:4, including all mouldings but excluding frames all as specifed and as directed

Taking down existing cement plaster of any description over damaged surfaces irregular facia, chajjas and in similar work and also for narrow width etc and rendering dubbing coat 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) over a coat of cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm making surface even ( avg 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate shall be provided wherever required) followed by 05mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) finished complete all as specified and directed including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer over new plaster surface including preparation etc complete after curing of specified time and drying the surfaces as required.

Preparing of previously painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying finishing the wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade new work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 Kg/10 Sqm) complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and finishing the wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade new work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 Kg/10 Sqm) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfces of walls and applying two or more coats of distempering on new work with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete over a coat of wall care putty 3mm thick, as per manufacturer's specification.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of distempering on new work with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete over a coat of wall care putty 3mm thick, as per manufacturer's specification.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty 3mm thick and primer complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty 3mm thick complete all as specified.

Removing old tarfelt or polythene film including taking down plaster of sunken floor , roughening and cleaning by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm and rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment as follows :- (i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.40Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and over lap sealed and finished neat.

S&F 75mm bore CI floor trap with grating including jointing CI pipe in run lead, cutting holes in walls and making good surface in cement concrete surface type B-1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully unserviceable Aluminium point wiring complete (light, fan socket, bell or power) with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and keeping in safe custody for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan any sweep, removing blades ,cleaning the fan completely for dust and dirt as well as oiling & greasing and hanging the same back to its original positions including connecting with three core flexible copper wire to ceiling rose etc after the completion of the point wiring including replacement of old unserviceable fan hook, rubber pad, nut bolts and washers etc, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down existing energy meters, keeping aside safely & refixing the same in its original position after making functional & after completion of point wiring/sub main wiring, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Small items required for fixing the electric energy meter at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down existing electric water heater, keeping aside safely & refixing the same to its original position after servicing of the whole geyser/making functional and after completion of wiring work, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 75,364.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
