REPAIR/MAINT OF HT CABLE, HT BUS BARS, VCBS, TRANSFORMERS, VOLTAGE STABILIZER AND OTHER E/M CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN TECHNICAL AND OTHER AREAS AT AF STN LEH UNDER GE (AF) LEH

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-1 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 3.0m, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only Puned down volume shall be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type I, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid dry for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling / Taking out unserviceable HT cables for replacement of any size from any position i.e ground / walls / poles / culverts etc complete with protection pipe all as specified and directed . (Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, laying , jointing and testing (in replacement) of HT XLPE cable 120 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 volt screened, PVC bedded "Earthed grade" insulated bedded, galvanised steel (Heavy duty) strip armoured with aluminium conductor 11 KV pressure earth system laid in pipe /ducts/trenches, under floor and road or fixed to wall etc complete cross-sectional area of cable 120 sqmm 3 core, all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying , jointing and testing (in replacement)of HT XLPE cable 95 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 volt screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (Heavy duty) strip armoured with aluminium conductor 11 KV pressure earth system laid in pipe /ducts/trenches, under floor and road or fixed to wall etc complete cross-sectional area of cable 95 sqmm 3 core, all as specified and directed
