Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and above and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 100 Metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding concrete for levelling, filleting at junction of wall and FLOOR etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on fair faces of surface, finishing the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 2mm thick epoxy resin based floor topping after priming the surface sovent base epoxy resin primer designed for maximum absorption and adhesion as per manufecture specification including preparation of floor by wire brushing or light grit blasting to remove liatance, dust and cleaing the same to achieve mechanical key between the floor and coating system and pallying epoxy putty mixed specified and directed. Note (a) Floor topping shall be nitoflor SL 2000 of M/s FOSROC/MASTERTOP TM 1215 PLUS OF BASF or equivalent in CIPY. M&L 10 mm thick internal plaster in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of walls , finishing the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered of un decorated surface of walls, chajja, balcony, facia etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, treading oil and greasy spots, and applying two coat of interior dust proof plastic emulsion paint over and including a coat of priming paint over 2 mm wall care putty including sand papering to obtain smooth finish complete all as specified and directed. Make : Royal in Asian or its equivalent in berger/Jonson/Nicholson.

Taking down old tarfelt/APP membrane on roof sweeping cleaning & removing dust etc & removing debris/rubbish etc to distance exceeding 5Km complete all as directed

M&L cutting V grooves 15mm X 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with epoxy based compound NITOMARTAR PE of FOSROC chemicals as per directions of manufacturer complete.

M & L for applying bituminous primer T-10/Polymerised primer oil based coat conforming to IS 3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/sqm and including laying atactic polypropyle polymer (APP) modified membrane pre fabricated five layer 3 mm thick with non-woven polyeser matt central core of 160 gms (minimum) impregnated and coated on both sides with layers of APP modified bitumen and finished with micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces. The weight of membrabe shall not be less than 3.5 kg per sqm and laid over primed surface by using LPG/Butane torch and applying uniform pressure with a roller/wet cloth to ensure to remove entrapped air if any, over lap of the membrane shall be 100 mm which shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame/butane torch. The joints shall be sealed with trowel, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/sqm over the membrane, finally apply two coat of aluminium paint as protective layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Roof with single component, cold applied, water based Polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Roof @ 1.2kg/per m2 to confirms to ASTM D 6083- 97a with a density of 1.25 to 1.3kg/per ltr, having tensile strength of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350°/o with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats including self-priming bond coat of Advanced Latex plus mixed Water and Cement in 1:4:7 and sandwiching 40gsm Geo-textile between two coats. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification and direction of the Engineer ln charge.
