Material and labour for providing Chemical Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 5 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 4.25 mtr below normal ground level with a bottom layer of MGSO4 of 10cm thick, earth plate surrounded with graphite powder, vegetable soil mixture, charcol and common salt in equal proportion around and 15 cm above the plate and 10 cm thick MGSO4 as top layer and the remaining portion filled with excavated earth and connected with copper strip 32mm x 6 mm duly brazed and by means of bolts, nuts & washers up to 7.5 mtr length and connected to earthing test point, GI pipe (light grade) 20 mm bore for watering with funnel and wire mesh, GI protection pipe(light grade) 40 mm bore all as shown in Elect Plate No.3 of MES Sch Part- I and as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth pit with necessary earth work, PCC (1:2:4) type B1chamber, Cast Iron frame with hinged pit cover of size 12 inches x 12 inches having 7 kg weight all as specified and as directed.
