Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM of existing lifts i.e M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Seven to Eight floor i.e total Eight to Nine landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Contractor will conclude with OEM and copy of the agreement alongwith Tax invoice copy will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.
