Dismantling plastering: Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. – in all the floor levels

15mm thick cement plastering : Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including fine hole chicken mesh, rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete Flooring with M15 mix: Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 40 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate using 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry complete.

Cutting Road surface: Cutting road surfaces for pipeline trenches and disposing of the excavated stuff as directed including barricading, danger lighting etc. Cutting asphalt Road surface by Machine cutting to demarcate the trench width of the surface.

Dismantling inter lock pavement: Dismantling interlock pavement including removing and conveying the debris with all lead and lift and stacking the materials available for re-use including transportation charge etc. complete.

PVC pipe – 90 mm dia – 10kg/ sqcm class: Providing and fixing in wall, ceiling and floor PVC pipes 10.00 kg/sqcm working pressure 90 mm diameter conforming to IS specification with fittings such as elbows, bends, couplings, wall clips/ brackets, making good the wall ceiling or floor including cost of all material, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing etc. complete as per specification.

PVC pipe – 63 mm dia – 10kg/ sqcm class: Providing and fixing in wall, ceiling and floor PVC pipes 10.00 kg/sqcm working pressure 63mm diameter conforming to IS specification with fittings such as elbows, bends, couplings, wall clips/ brackets, making good the wall ceiling or floor including cost of all material, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing etc. complete as per specification.

PVC pipe – 50 mm dia – 6kg/ sqcm class: Providing and fixing in wall, ceiling and floor PVC pipes 6.00 kg/sqcm working pressure 50 mm diameter conforming to IS specification with fittings such as elbows, bends, couplings, wall clips/ brackets, making good the wall ceiling or floor including cost of all material, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing etc complete as per specification.

PCC 1:3:6 (M10) : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. - Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

Laying available interlock paver: Laying available 60mm thick cement block interlock pavers, over 50mm thick sand bed and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level including cost labour, sand, HOM, etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Heavy Duty GI pipe: 80mm : Providing, Laying and Fixing GI pipes conforming to IS 1239:1990 with latest amendments complete with GI fittings (excluding the cost of fittings) with cuts and threads wherever necessary, including testing for water tightness, with all lead and commissioning. (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) For Heavy Duty GI pipe: 80mm

Inspection Chamber 600x600mm size: Constructing brick masonry chamber of internal dimension 600x600mm and depth of 600mm (inner dimensions) with modular bricks of CD 75 in cement mortar 1:6, bed concrete 150mm thick with 1:3:6, plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4, CC 1:2:4 coping 75mm thk. for fixing CI cover & frame etc. including the cost of CI frame and cover..

Synthetic enamel paint in two coats on new surface: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Asian /Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent Make.

PVC Ball Valve – 90mm: Providing and fixing PVC Ball valve of 90mm size to the PVC pipe line with all charges including, labour, HOM of machineries etc., complete as per specifications

PVC Ball Valve – 63mm: Providing and fixing PVC Ball valve of 63mm size to the PVC pipe line with all charges including, labour, HOM of machineries etc., complete as per specifications

PVC Ball Valve – 50mm: Providing and fixing PVC Ball valve of 50mm size to the PVC pipe line with all charges including, labour, HOM of machineries etc., complete as per specifications

Digital flowmeter of 50mm: Providing and installing approved make digital flowmeter of 50mm size with of cast iron body, ISO -4064/1 standard with flanged end of class B metering Accuracy (+/-) 2% including all labour, washer and bolt nut arrangements, HOM, transportation etc. complete as per specification and direction/instruction of the Engineer In Charge.

Digital flowmeter of 40mm: Providing and installing approved make digital flowmeter of 40mm size with of cast iron body, ISO -4064/1 standard with flanged end of class B metering Accuracy (+/-) 2% including all labour, washer and bolt nut arrangements, HOM, transportation etc. complete as per specification and direction/instruction of the Engineer In Charge.

Non return valve- 50mm(shutter type) : Providing and fixing of approved make no-return valve as per IS 778/1984 with ISI Mark and cost including all materials, labour, HOM, with all lead and lift etc., complete as per specification

Supplying and fixing DI Resilient seated soft sealing SLUICE VALVE of variouis dia. with body bonnet of ductile iron (DI) conforming to IS- 1865 and of grade GGG 40/50, shaft of stainless steel, wedge fully rubber lined with EDPM seals of NBR and the valves should be vacum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per IS 14846-2000 only. The stem sealing should be with toroidal sealing rings (minimum 2 “ O “ rings). Body and bonut should be coated with Electrostatically applied Epoxy Powder Coating with minimum coating thickness of 250 micron both inside and outside. The rate is inclusive of cost of valves, T.P set, galvanized bolts & nuts and rubber insertions etc. but excluding earth work. For PN-10: 80mm

Brass Float Valve – 50mm: Providing and fixing in position of Brass float valve of 50mm (Industrial type) with all charges, including labour, HOM etc., complete as per specifications.

Route marker slab: Providing and fixing route marker slab of 300x150mm size with CC footing including cost of all material labour, painting, HOM etc., complete as per specifications.(for every 30Mtr interval)

Bore hole -100mm dia: Wall bore in concrete or masonry walls using core cutting machine including cost of material, labour, HOM, providing and removing scaffolding in necessary etc. complete as per specification.
