M&L for laying of APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Removing and Cleaning existing damaged APP membrane from roof surface and clean all cement mortar and vegitation, plants with roots properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litere at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap over hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm overbituminous primer before Laying of membrane. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, applied in two layers i.e.. Ist layer of 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) and 2nd (top) layer of 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete internal surfaces of wall finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished fair & even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
