S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick consisting of frame made out M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of wood grain printed PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 5mm thick & 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (90 degree), and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame as per specification & drawing or (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Soild PVC door frame of size 50mm x 95mm (suitable for moulded door) made out of 5mm wood grain colour PVC sheets & edges will be painted to match printed sheet as reinforced with 19 mm square MS tube and fixing in opening as specifiecation & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to old steel window not exc 1 sqm including replacement of unserviceable/ damaged hinges, all handles, necessary welding to shutters and chowkhat for making window in serviceable condition, all members grinding to smooth surface and applying redoxide primer to grinded surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100 mm long Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts 200 mm of extruded section (as per sample) fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for breaking/dismentling, cleaning of loose concrete, replacement of corressive reinforcement duly welded as directed, filling plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate using approved bonding chamical (from Fosroc/STP/Sikka/ Dr. Fixit) at places like chajja, sunshades, roof projection, fascia, beams, columns etc including necessary scafolding, formwork (upto G+2 floor) etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or walls tilling and terrazo topping including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tile or terracing tiles with bedding layer of mortar etc and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles (fly ash bricks) laid, bedded on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 (mixed with water proofing compound) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item 37 but except brick tiles (using old serviceable brick tiles)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) padding as levelling course mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, laid over existing roof, suface finished rough to recieve cement mortar including necessary formwork, demolition of concrete of any description, removal of debris out of exc 50m but not exc 100m complete all as specified and as directed. Note ;- (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, benching, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , fillet, gola, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

M&L 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer instructions or @ 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement, surface finished even and smooth, incl raking out joingts, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet walls to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP having a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end overlap of membrane. (d) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm or as prescribed by manufacture of membrane/ directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet walls to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP having a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end overlap of membrane.

M&L for liqud membrane water proofing treatment over existing RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet walls etc to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning of dust, removal for all loose existing bituminous material manually with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface, removing of vegetation/plantaion with no loose material on surface and treating the crakes upto 3mm width with single pack fibre glass reinforced crack filling compound of SMART CARE CRACK SEAL (ASIAN PAINTS) or equivalant as approved. (b) Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplastic having penetration upto 8mm levelling of surface to give proper slope (after setting) with roof repair mortar i.e. cold applied Bituminous Mortar & cold emulsion cum waterproofing liquid, Created SSD condition on surface with water, prime the surface with liquid membrane waterproofing elastomeric monolithic acrylic emulsified water based bituminous coating with 200% elongation mixed with potable water in the ration of 1:1 and apply @400gm per Sqm (As per Surface Conditions) (c) Apply first coat of Liqued Membrane Waterproofing Elastomeric Monolithic Acrylic Emulshified Water based Bituminous Coating having elongation 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412, having cracks bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50 mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation of water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm per Sqm, laying of Geotex of 45 GSM/ Fiber mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm & allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs . (d) Apply 2nd coat on poured first coat with consumption @700 gm per Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller and allow it to dry for 10-12 Hrs. (e) Ensure final curing time of 36 Hrs before allowing/ carrying out any further work. (f) Conduct ponding test after 7 days, continnue curing of 14 days. (g) Apply two coats of UV Resistant Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic Weather risistant water proof coating having elongation of 300% confirming to ASTM-D-6083 for UV Protection of Bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic Emulsified Liquid Membranc to give life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight.

Note for item No 44 :- (a) The Application of water proofing treatment will be executed by the authorised applicator only after necessary approval from GE. (b) All Shifting/ removing of any wire/cable/AC unit/Water tank of any capacity or other any object as per site requirement an re-fixing the same, if needed shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (c) Removal of any loose/packed items such as mud phuska, terrace tiles, cement screed bed shall be removed and surface shall be made free from depressions before applying treatment to the roof. Quoted rates shall deemed to be included this fact into account and no extra payment shall be made on this account. (d) Contractor shall verify availability of the materials in full qty from market before quoting the rates as no extension of time on this ground shall be granted. (e) All the sample/ make for water proofing material mentioned in item shall be got approved from the GE before procuring bulk quantity of material.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on stone masonary or other than fair faces of brick work, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work, concrete sruface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, chajja etc, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying wall care putty in any layers to obtain even and smooth surface on walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified & directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Where thickness of putti is required more than 1mm thick, the same shall be make good using POP and than putti shall be applied to obtain even & smooth surface. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and chajjas, making the surface smooth with sand paper, priming the surface with alkali resistance primer paint, applying two coats of cement base paint including curing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls including cornics pilasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint including curing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls by washing rubbing, stopping brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke roots, moulds salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L one coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal of debris/rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (Old Size bricks), sub class'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floors for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, kitchen slabs and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified & directed.
