M&L for maintenance and servicing of DG Set complete 62.5 KVA, Make: Kirloskar / Crompton Greeves installed at Mahore, Gool & Bagga at 58 RR including draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draing out engine oil from the sump, flushing the sump thoroughly and replacing the fuel filter elements, oil filter element and cleaning of air filter all as required and filling the starting batteries with elecrtrolite to maintain the required specific gravity, applying the petrolium jelly in battery terminal poles, replacing the diesel tank level tube, cleaning the entire DG Set , checking of voltage, Hz, amps and adjusting fuel/ oil as required,overhauling of radiator assembly, Tightening the all bolts and nuts with replacement of warnout hose pipes and testing the DG set complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but for DG set 30 KVA, Make: Kirlosker/ Mahindera &Mahindera installed at Mahora, Bagga, Gool at units under HQ 58 RR.

Supplying and fixing in renewal sealed maintenance free lead acid battery 12 volt, 150 AH for DG sets installed at units under 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed. Make : - Exide Genplus or AMCO Insta Power or Amaron Quanta as approved.

Supply and filling engine oil SAE 20 w - 40 for DG sets at units under HQ 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling radiator coolant oil for DG sets at units under HQ 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling fuel Injection pump & Injectors by replacing the elements, D - Valves, O- rings, nozzles, bearing and gaskets and reassembling the new parts and calibrating in MICO test bench as per manufaturer specification all as directed for DG Set 30 KVA DG Sets installed at units under HQ 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 06 here in before but for DG Set 82.5 KVA DG set installed at units under HQ 58 RR.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable set of V-Belts and supply and fix set of V-Belts for DG Sets 30KVA to 62.5 KVA installed at units under HQ 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable air cleaner element of DG set 30 KVA-62.5KVA at units under HQ 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable high pressure copper tubes of required size from FIP to injectors for DG set 30- 40 KVA installed at units under HQ 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement self starter assembly 12 volt suitable for 30 KVA DG set installed at units under HQ 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar /Cummins

All as per item No 11 here in before but for DG Set 62.5 KVA at units under HQ 58 RR. Make: Kirloskar/Cummins.

Disconnecting the unserviceable burnt out self starter from DG set assembly,cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of of suitable gauge,varnishing,drying and insulating with insulating materials and refixing the same and testing complete all as required and directed for DG sets 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA at units under HQ 58 RR, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, removing and strip opening the unserviceceable burnt out winding of the Stator of alternator assembly of DG Set and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size including insulating material,drying,varnishing etc including transportation from site to contractor's workshop and back to the site and refixing with engine all as required and directed for DG Sets 30 KVA installed at at units under HQ 58 RR at any locations, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 here in before but of capacity 62.5 KVA .

Supply and fixing in replacement on load change over switch 4 pole, 415 volt, 250 amps complete including making all incomming and outgoing connections, complete all as specified and directed. Make -Havells Cat No. IHCNFO0200 or equivalent in L&T/Standard as approved.

Supply and fixing in replacement on load change over switch 4 pole, 415 volt, 160 amps complete including making all incomming and outgoing connections complete all as specified. Make -Havells Cat No. IHCNFO0200 or equivalent in L&T/Standard as approved.

Supply and fixing in replacement automatic voltage regulstor (AVR) electronic suitable for DG set 30KVA installed at units under HQ 58 RR. at any locations. as per existing specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement automatic voltage regulator (AVR) electronic suitable for DG set 62.5 KVA at units under HQ 58 RR at any locations. as per existing specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of door hinges cast alloy of suitable size for silent DG set doors of capacity 30 KVA at units under HQ 58 RR as per existing specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of door lock cast aluminium of suitable size for silent DG set doors of capacity 30 KVA & 62.5 KVA installed at units under HQ 58 RR at any locations. as per existing specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement control assembly (digital display) of DG set Panel of capacity 30 KVA & 62.5 KVA any make installed at units under HQ 58 RR at different locations complete with necessary electric connections including checking of all electric connections and make functional, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric connections of servo voltage stabilizers, capacity 75/ 50 KVA, draining out the unserviceable transformer oil, cleaning of sludge from oil tank and transporting to workshop for repairs and return back to it's original position after repairs including loading and unloading by mechenical means, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Spares required for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Replacement of old unserviceable Printed Circuit Board (PCB) with new Printed Circuit Board (PCB) of voltage stabilizer as per existing make and type, capacity 75/ 50 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable carbon brushes with new carbon brushes of voltage stabilizer as per existing make and type, capacity 50-100 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable servo motor with new servo motor of voltage stabilizer as per existing make and type, capacity 50- 100 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Digital voltmeter, range 0-500 Volts, size 96mmx96mm, flush type, complete suitable for voltage stabilizers all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement digital ammeter, range 0-100 Amps, size 96mmx96mm, square shape, complete suitable for voltage stabilizers all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable Dimmer Gear set with new cast iron Dimmer Gear set, for automatic voltage corrections, make, type and design as per site requirement, suitable for voltage stabilizer capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable Servo Dimmer Booster Coil with new Servo Dimmer Booster Coil, for automatic voltage corrections, make, type and design as per site requirement, suitable for voltage stabilizer capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable control wiring with new control wiring using suitable gauge copper conductor as per existing winding and specifications suitable for stabilizer of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old damaged/ unserviceable Control Transformer 230V with new Control Transformer, heavy duty suitable for servo stabilizer of 50KVA to 100 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for topping up of deficient oil level of Servo voltage stabilisers with filtered and dehydrated transformer oil (conforming to IS: 335) and to withstand dielectric strength upto 30 KV or above (when tested with 2.5 mm gap electrode) , complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Trans oil/ Savita / Powerlink / Poweroil as approved.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65 / IP 66 protection , complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells/Cropton Greavs/ Bajaj

Supply and fixing LED flood light fitting 120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and Lamp, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells/Cropton Greavs/ Bajaj

Material and labour for earthing complete with gallvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60x0.63 cm thick burried direct in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part 1 connected to earthing test point with 40mm dia light grade protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr long including necessary excavation earth work PCC earthing pit cover, watering pipe wire mesh funnes etc as, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of Rs. 31,560.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
