Repair & routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lifts 08 passengers (544 Kg) capacity power operated door simplex collective control system to serve G+12 upper floors including repair of unserviceable parts such as bearing, bushes all typers of shoes, handers, door rope, door cards, door locks, control cards and its contacts control connector / links, hall push buttons and its spears, rewinding of motors, repair of tapping of gear oil, welding for any cracked / broken MS items / parts, repair of door safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact shaft limit switches, repair of VVVF drive and auto rescue device repair door drive, COP buttons, car position indicator, car door sills and landing door sills, hooter / bell firemen switch, intercom, cabin fan, cabin light, false ceiling, LED light etc, repair or replacing of broken granite cladding if any with edge chamfered / rounded to match with existing surface by mortor (1:4) complete dewatering of lift well in case of any emergency arises for safe and smooth operation of lift as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting and taking out old defective infra red door sensor of any type and make and supply and fixing new infra red door sensor of up to full length of car door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. In certain lifts at Nofra

Dismantling and taking out defective automatic door drive unit and supply and fixing new door drive unit with 1.0 HP motor VVVF drive car top drive to match with existing system as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Taking out unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way, supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 16 core flat type with stranded copper conductor 100 volts graded of size 0.75 Sqmm confirming to relevant IS in and including thickness suspended type freely moving with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floor including necessary connection with mid way junction other connections required in circuits complete all as specified and directed at Nofra.

Taking down unserviceable main pulley with complete set and Supply & fixing new main pulley with complete set complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable car door from car cabin and supply and fixing new car door comprising of 02 Nos power operated, auto telescopic / centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of flush type panels complete with removed headers, hangers, door drive unit with full beam infrared sensor up to full length of car door, aluminium sill VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories control connection etc. for for lift all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable COP after disconnecting old COP supply & fixing new car operating panel complete including dismantling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable landing push button box complete with stainless steel plate push buttons and combined digital position indicator and arrow indicator and supply and fixing e landing push button box complete with stainless steel plate push buttons and combined digital position indicator and arrow indicator complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting old wire rope from counter weight, pulley and car cabin and supply and fixing new main steel wire rope 8 mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clamps,nuts, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting old wire rope from counter weight, pulley and car cabin and supply and fixing new main steel wire rope 13 mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley and car cabin with clamps, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : USHA MARTIN/As directed by GE

Taking down unserviceable pit pulley and governor pulley with complete acessories and Supply & fixing new pit pulley and governor pulley complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out all defective batteries from existing ARD and supply and fixing new batteries suitable for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of all as directed by engineer-in-charge. Make- Exide/Amaron/As directed by GE

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable emergency alarm system complete and Supply & fixing new emergency alarm system assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery backup charging uni and speaker including necessary control/ electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable landing door from various floors & supply and fixing new landing door comprising of 02 No power operated auto telescopic / side opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel suitable for same lift complete with door suitable for 13/08/Goods PS lifts complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Replacement of unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin with new cabin fan non oscillating type axial flow, single speed 250 mm sweep 240 volts ISI mark with louvers complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
