Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 sq.m. and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.00mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering two or more coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Painting one or more coats with superior quality ready mixed paint of wood work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on old work to give an even shade.

Painting one or more coats with superior quality ready mixed paint of steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on old work to give an even shade.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (such as weather shield,APEX) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Mirror polishing on existing kotah flooring including grouting with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stab including rubbing, etc.
