Alluminum Hanger structure with waterproof fire -retardant PVC fabric (white colour), Front & back façade (as per fire department norms) (Test report of fabric & certified copy of structure stability to be enclosed)

size 40m x 75m (thematic display) Note:- The hanger should be fixed at site complete in all respect 12 days prior to event date i.e. total 13 days including day of event. The rates must be quoted for the said period of 13 days in per sqm.

size 40m x 150m (public area) Note:- The hanger should be fixed at site complete in all respect 06 days prior to event date i.e. total 07 days including day of event. The rates must be quoted for the said period of 07 days in per sqm.

Double layer levelled wooden flooring / platform (app) 100mm high with adequate steps / Ramp at entrance as applicable at site including PVC sheet to be laid on grassy ground before fixing wooden flooring, at least 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Toughened frameless glass door Main entry fixed with Hydraulic machines with size 2.50m x 2.50 m to be fixed at site as per requirement at least 3 days prior to the date of event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Alluminum glass door for emergency exit with door closer size 2.25m x 2.25 m to be fixed at site as per requirement at least 3 days prior to the date of event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Air conditioning using package / ductable Units with Air Jet Nozzle diffuser (any suitable capacity matching to the requirement) with hanging arrangemetns suitable with eye ball disffusers 380mm dia 4 No. per machine (inclusive of carriage and transportation, hanging arrangements/ stands and additional gas and copper piping required at site). it also includes distribution of power supply with Control Panel including testing & commissioning at least 3 days prior to the date of event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Tower AC (5 ton each) on Main stage including testing & commissioning at least 3 days prior to the date of event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Electrical & Lighting

Hiring charges for LED Flood Lights (150w) with colour tempretature 5700 - 6500k on existing structure of hanger at the height of 20-30 ft. duly fixed and making connections including testing and commissioning. The job include the cost of twin core suitable copper wire/ aluminum wire from pedestal to fittings (The hiring charges rates include for the complete function w.e.f. 30.11.2024 to 03.12.2024).

Hiring charges for LED Lights (120w) with colour tempretature 5700 - 6500k on existing poles with the bracket to accommodate 4 lights making connection and other petty material required to complete the job for outside hanger / parking / Entry and other locations. The job include the cost of twin core suitable copper wire/ aluminum wire from pedestal to fittings (The hiring charges rates include for the complete function w.e.f. 30.11.2024 to 03.12.2024)

Hiring charges of MS/ GI Poles upto 9mtr long equipped with 4 arm bracket to accommodate 4 No. of 120-150w LED Flood light. The pole should be erected 3 ft. below ground level. (The hiring charges rates include for the complete function w.e.f. 30.11.2024 to 03.12.2024)

Providing temporary earthing on hiring basis for complete function for pole and pedestal main/ sub main with GI earth wire No.8 SWG in 25mm dia GI pipe partly recessed 10'-13' below ground level and partially on ground level upto pedestal and pole. Ground earthing in hangers & related areas including poles. (The hiring charges rates include for the complete function w.e.f. 30.11.2024 to 03.12.2024)

Hiring charges for providing main and sub main pedestal for complete function consisting of 1 No. 400 ICTPN/ MCCB, 1 No. 400 Amp BBC, 2 No. 250 AMP ICTPN/ MCCB with inter connection as per directions of EIC. The job includes making internal/ external/ existing connections with thimbles and aluminium copper conductor of requisite sizes and earthing. The Job includes the cost of testing, commissioning, labour charges and other material i.e. main cable of suitable size 95 Sq.mm / 120 Sq.mm/240 Sq.mm /300 Sq.mm / 400 Sq.mm 3 1/2 core of the length as per requirement at site. it includes the cost of change over swith and main switches installed on angle iron board duly inter connected and earthed. Hiring charges for Network Video Recorder (NVR) with suitable channels monitioning for 80 No. Dome/ Bullet IR Cameras with suitable size screen/monitor, UPS, POE, Poles wherever required, power cable twin core, OFC and CAT-6 UTP video/ data control cable, making connection, testing, commissioning and other petty material required with round the clock operator services including recording for 04 days. (The hiring charges rates include for the complete function w.e.f. 30.11.2024 to 03.12.2024)

Hiring charges for Fire extinguishers ABC (powder type) 4kg capacity ISI marked, to be fixed at site at least 3 days prior to the date of event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Hiring charges for Fire extinguishers CO2 type 4.5kg capacity ISI marked, to be fixed at site at least 3 days prior to the date of event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Housekeepings staff with general cleaning material for venue cleaning (The hiring charges rates include for the complete function w.e.f. 30.11.2024 to 03.12.2024).

Dustbins with garbage bag to be placed 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Staff for houskeeping (8hrs shift) with proper dress of same colour & style having proper identity card issued by the agency and rates must be quoted accordingly.(30th Nov - Post event cleaning)

Consumables for Housekeeping for atleast 3 days prior to the event and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Banquet chairs with White covers ( lycra or similar) to be placed 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Sofa (white colour - Leatherlite finish) to be placed 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

SS barricadding in Public Area Hanger to be placed 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

View Cutter panelling fabric mounted on bamboo framework with minimum height of 10' to be fixed 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Hiring charges for Water dispensors for 20 Ltr capacity mineral water bottle to be placed 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.
