Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Add extra for doing centering and shutteriing work for each subsequent storey above two storey.

Add extra for doing centering and shuttering work for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof beyond initial 3.5 metre height from floor level.
