M & L 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edges, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations for bullnosing / moulding to exposed edges( any type) and polishing to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall on internal old/new wall surfaces as per manufacturerer instruction complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall all including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as per specified and directed.

M & L apply one coat of Dr Fixit crack-X paste OR Dr Fixit Crack - X shirnkage,wall crack filler on prepared old/new wall surfaces and apply one coat primer of DR Fixit Primeseal diluted with potable water by volume in 2:1 ratio (2 parts primer and 1 part water) and allow it dry for 2 to 3 hours over a coat of crack filler over a coat of 1mm thick external wall putty and apply two neat coats ( one coat horizontal and other coat vertical direction) of Dr Fixit Raincoat Elastomeric Acrylic water proof exterior coating (of white or any tint/colour which shall be approved by GE), apply by brush or roller at a time interval of 5- 6 hours complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- All application shall be done through authorised company applicator as aproved by GE.

M & L for appline one prime coat acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating(Brushbabd of FOSROC or equivalent) and over that two coats of acrylic polymer modified two component elastomeric water proofing membrance coating (Brush band of fosroc mate or equivalent) complete all as specified as per manufacturers instruction as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :-1 . This item shall only be executed through level 4 or level 5 certified and authorised applicator of the company. 2. A warranty for 5 yerars in the form of written agreement shall be submitted by the contractor. 3.The rate quoted by the contractor shall include all the provision mention in this item including notes.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral waterproofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILTE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No. 1 (LIQUID) of STP LTD @ 200 millilitre per 50 Kg per cement, as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.Make:- SUPER LATEX or PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) cleaning of new rendered surfaces properly and drying the surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm (iii) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. (iv) Applying two coats of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats of Make incorporated : HYPERPLAS POLYSTER OF IWL (INDIA) LTD or equivalent in Pidilite industrries Ltd /STP Ltd complete all as specified and as manufacturer instruction complete. as per manufacturers instruction.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing geyser of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical and water supply connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No II complete all as specified and as directed.
