Concrete with 40min gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all material labours tools and plants etc required for the proper completion of the work (S.I.No275)

Class 150 sub class 'A brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortor in foundation & up to pinih including supply jof all matenals and tools and plants etc, required for proper compietion ofthe work As per (S.I.No305b)

12 mm. thick Plaster with Cemement and approved coarse sand ess than 100 иum thickness not les morter 1:3 on top of roof (Minimun mm) including neat cement finish and, and supply of all matarial, labour (S.T.No T&P etc. required for proper con completion of work. As per(584)

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand 20mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in bed blocks excluding the supply of rainforcement & its bending but including and its biding the same with 24 BWG, Gl binding wire alsoincluding providing & fixing the necessary centerimg and shuttering and its removal after completion of work & supply ofof all other materials labour tools and plants required for the proper g and completion of work (Labour rate includes cost of shuttering).
