M&L for cleaning of SGSW /RCC/PVC sewage line of 100/150mm dia by rodding/auger rods & drain pipe machine including gully traps, before & after cleaning process of SGSW /RCC/PVC sewage line and well flushing using clean water through water bowser of pipe of any capacity (arranged by the contractor) and removing the sludge etc to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and returning filling with excavated materials up to ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 250m with and including taking off manholes/gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700 hrs.

M&L for cleaning of CI/PVC pipe of 75/100mm dia bore fixed to wall by means of opening and rodding through the oval acess door Cleaning and well flushing using clean water through water bowser of pipe of any capacity (arranged by the contractor) taking out all residue etc.closing the oval acess door and removing the sludge material,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700 hrs.

M&L for Dewatering of contaminated waste effulient from septic tank/ Soakage well of any capacity and depth by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and jetting and disposal to low lying area upto distance of 2 Km incl taking off and refixing manholes covers etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE before 48 hrs as per complaint slip time.

Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity and depth incl inlet chamber, outlet chamber removing out all sludge, Silt, residue waste material (organic/inorganic nature) by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and required manpower after plugging the incoming sewage line and depositing the waste upto 2 km distance and burrying the same in suitable size of pit and covering the same with earth and removal of surplus soil all as directed by engineer in charge. (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE before 48 hrs as per complaint slip time. Notes :(a) Cost of excavation of pit and covering the same with earth is to be included in unit rate. (b) Rates against item No.1 to 4 includes for : (i) Cleaning and clearing/disposing off all the sludge/ sewage contaminated water in solid / semi solid / liquid state from sewage lines, manholes etc as detailed in above item No.1 to 4 will be carried out during the 1st 3 months from the date of commencement of work order N0.1 and there after shall be maintained for blockage free and smooth functioning of all the sewage lines and related sewage items as detailed in item N0.1 above for a period of eight months i.e., the date of completion of contract given in work order No.1. Engagement one supervisor along with two sweeper cum sewage drain attendent along with T&P required on daily basis for a period of eleven month for attending the daily sewage related complaints. the complaints shall be collected daily at 0830 hours from the office of Engr-in-charge by contractor/Contractor's supervisor and shall be got signed from the user occupant after clearing the complaints. These complaint slips will also be got signed at Engr-in-charge office daily after the satisfactory completion of each complaint. No complaint shall be kept pending/unattented for a period of 48 hours. any damage to man hole covers, gully tarp covers, CI assess doors of CI pipes any dia, PVC pipes/fitting, 'P' traps, floor traps during the process of cleaning/clearing shall be made good by the contaractor by the contractor by replacing same by new items without ant extra cost to the govt. (ii) If contractor fail to complete the complaint within stipulated period i.e 48 Hrs a recovery of Rs 300 per complaint per day will be levied.

M&L for cleaning/taking off of sludge (solid/semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth not exceeding 1.5m by using machinery or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suatible size in low laying area from habbatient area and returning filling with excavated materials up to ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 250m with and including taking off manholes/gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700 hrs. (ii) If contractor fail to complete the complaint within stipulated period a recovery of Rs 300 per complaint per day will be levied.

M&L for cleaning/taking off of sludge (solid/semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m by using machinery or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suatible size in low laying area from habbatient area and returning filling with excavated materials up to ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 250m with and including taking off manholes/gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for opening/cleaning of blocked WC of any type, traps and CI/PVC drain pipe including fitting (i.e. access door bends/tee etc.) of any size at any floor & position with and including taking down of CI/CP/PVC grating and refixing the same at position with appropriate materials/fitting i.e. white cement, solvent, nuts & bolts etc. and well flushing, pressure pumping, taking out all residue materials etc.and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and covering same with the earth level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700 hrs. (ii) If contractor fail to complete the complaint within stipulated period a recovery of Rs 300 per complaint per day will be levied.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast Cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)but in landing ,cover slabs (for manhole etc)chullah hoods,chajjas water trough,mangers,shelves and similar articles with plain face set in CM1:4 incl demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any discription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for mild steel high yield strength TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends, bending and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for mild steel high yield strength TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends, bending and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as speified of random rubble walling of granite or trap stone,uncoursed or brought up to course,hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm,complete.all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material & labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in repairs PVC white low level flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity with all fittings syphonic action with top push type button with inlet ball valve and float including flush pipe, ball valve, handle, bracket PVC short bend etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs coloured Plastic seat cover closed pattern with flat bottom and cover with MS CP or aluminized hinging device complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs for flush pipe of polyethylene of low and high density of PVC 32 mm for low level cistern complete as specified.

S&F in repairs of health faucet assembly, brass, chromium plated consist of valve, sprayer, PVC flexible pipe for EWC suitable for 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, urinal, flat back or corner wall type of size 465x355x265mm white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement including flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.
