Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concret all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (13:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of fencing post all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle or tee section fixed independly without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary length) Fe 410-W (gde-E-250 quality A) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, size and any position and removing the unserviceable wire mesh from work site all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins including taking down etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing the debris out side the defence land all as specified and directed

M&L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but except stone all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid block of the grade type C-1, (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded crushed stone) aggregate set in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, coursed, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm on lime/sand stone all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section (i.e flat/tubular) with gusset plates, rails, braces of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges/holdfast or steel hanging door fittings in plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc as per required at site all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below of above ground level) and removing the debris outside the defence land all as specifed and directed.

M&L PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specifed and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, 100mm thick (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for forming Construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, 75mm thick (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of construction joints all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for Chequered cement concrete rubber moulded coloured tiles glossy finish 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing with white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including demolition of existing tiles and removing the debris outside the defence land all as specifed and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed block, benching, kerb, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges, coping including necessary form work wherever required all as specifed and directed

M&L in repairs Rubber moulded coloured glossy finish (Red, Yellow & Black) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 60mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade and interstices filled with sand including 25mm thick sand cushioning and including demolition of existing tiles and removal of debrice outside the MoD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Nominal Mix type B1 (1:11/2 :3 ) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC Nominal mix Type B1 (1:11/2 :3) (using 20mm graded agg) as in Foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc nexc 10 Sqm on plan and nexc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for providing Precast cement concrete block Type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) factory made as in Bed blocks, kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing kerb stones and removing the debris outside the defence land all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on brick /concrete or dubbed surface in CM 1:6 with water profing compound finishing even & smooth without using extra cement and similar like at any height including necessary scaffolding , ladder & formwork including taking down cement plaster, raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water and removing the debris outside defence land all as specifed and directed. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separetely)

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on brick /concrete or dubbed surface in CM 1:4 with water profing compound finishing even & smooth without using extra cement and similar like at any height including necessary scaffolding , ladder & formwork including taking down cement plaster, raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water and removing the debris outside defence land complete all as specifed and directed. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separetely)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding ladder all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint upto height 15 mtr including necessary scaffolding all as specified and as directed.
