Reconstruction of Road Cut Made by Public Health Department Laying Water and Sewar Line on Telephone Exchange Bhuna to Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School Bhuna upto Bhuna Bazar (Road ID 5428).

Construction of sub grade upto 500 mm (replace of sub grade on reconstruction portion of road cut by PHED) with soil of minimum CBR 8 % (4 days soaked) of obtained from borrow area with any lead and lift transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305. The finished road surface will be as per X-section approved by engineer the quantity of earth work calculated with NSL and finished level found to be less than 450.00 cum the actual quantity (less than 450.00 cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 450.00 cum, then only 450.00 cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. Further it shall be ensured that atleast 500 mm of sub grade with earth of CBR 8% shall be constructed at each location. Wherever any cutting of existing subgrade is required on this account excavation as well as handling and disposal of earthwork to accommodate minimum 500mm thick subgrade of minimum 8% CBR shall be carried out by the agency at his own cost. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. Before start of work, L-section shall be got approved from the employer with respect to GTS. However, typical X-section attached section-9 of DNIT. Note-I: - If soil of CBR 8% is not available then the agency will do appropriate stabilization as per IRC-SP-89-2010 as approved by SE-in-charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and it will be incidental to work. No earth work will be allowed from PWD Land.

Preparation of berms including filling of Earth work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, but including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305 and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT at Section -5. Note:-No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer

Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth. Kassi work undressed involving an average horizontal throw upto 2 meters, and an average vertical lift upto 0.5 meter including breaking of clods (HSR 6.2 (a). Excavated earth may be reused on berms and disposed off surplus earth will all lead and lift including dressing complete in territorial as per direction of Engineer-in-charge will be incidental to work and nothing will be paid. Milling of distress bituminous layer upto 20 mm depth in a single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @ 200-300 sqm area per hour) fitted with loading conveyor for loading the milled material directly on the trucks i/c hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant or reclaiming to bring to required specification to reuse with the approval of Engineer-in-Charge for safe disposal with all leads and lifts complete in all respects. Note I - The unutilized quantity of reclaimed bituminous mix material shall be a recovery item as mention in BOQ item No.

Preparation of sub grade including trenching, rough dressing of spoil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller, and compacting the bed (HSR 24.1) Note: - In widening portion sub grade will be prepared with the use of Baby roller (HSR 24.1) or width of excavation should be made sufficient wide to accommodate road roller. Extra width required for compaction of sub grade shall not be paid and its expenditure shall be in incidental to the work.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick granular sub base consisting of drainage cum filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading –VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing & laying 75 mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-I) 63 to 45mm gauge wearing coat to Water Bound Macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type 'B' compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications of road & bridges (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respect. (N.S.) Note: - 1.Only crushed stone metal material should be used. No local earth/ natural occurring sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing & laying 150 mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects.(N.S.) Providing and laying 80mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks confirming to IS: 15658:2006/IRC SP 63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respects. [HSR 10.159]

Manufacturing, supplying and laying of precast cement concrete rectangular block (0.45 M x 0.30 M x 0.15 M ) M-30 grade using minimum cement concrete 320 Kg/ per cum with digital batching plant duly compacted with table vibration including setting in position over bed prepared with 25mm thick fine sand and filling up the joints with fine sand (NS)

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc.in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres (HSR 6.6)

Earth filling under floors with surplus soil excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming watering and consolidating lead upto 30 metrs. (HSR 6.13 a)

Providing, lowering, cutting, jointing and testing 600mm dia RCC pipe Class NP-3 as per IS 458-2003 with Spigot and socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked Sulphate Resistance Cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked , antitermite as required at site , into trenches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignments, gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches , if required , Jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc. as fully described in (HSR item No 29.38,29.44,29.45 & 29.46) including cartage , loading and unloading complete in all respects. Note:- Contractor shall supply bill of manufacture of pipes. Pipes should bear name of manufacturer and ISI mark along with bill duly valid ISI certificate of manufacturer should be supply. Without these bills certificate no payment shall be released.

Providing & fixing public information board consisting of 75 mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 m x 1.15 m with 900 mm x 900 mm GI sheet 16 gauge connected/ welded with 5 mm thick steel plate of 50 mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the Drawing and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of shoulder mounted sign boards of various sizes using non-metallic micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to IRC: 67-2012 type IV HIP specification fixed on 3 mm thick Aluminum composite panels as base board with pressure-sensitive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick Aluminum on both sides supported on Mild steel pipe pst 80 mm NB medium class 4 mm thick embedded M-20 grade concrete foundation of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, complete as per drawings, Technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 900 mm Equilateral Triangle

Providing & erecting OVERHEAD SIGNS gantry supported by M. S. Pipe Structure complete as per drawings, Technical Specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including construction of R. C. C. foundation for providing of M. S Tubular structure for Cantilever signage at given site as per drawing enclosed. The C. C. mix to be in ratio of 1:1½:3 (RCC 1:1½:3) and that of lean to be ratio of 1:3:6 the work will be carried out as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from milling of bituminous layer have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- i) Bituminous Mix Material @ Rs. 1080/- P. Cum Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.
