Providing and fixing 9mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS standards in panells fixed over the false ceiling etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (including the cost of chemical emulsion): Treatment of existing masonry (both inner and outer walls) using chemical emulsion at300 mm interval including drilling of 12mm dia holes at 45 degree and plugging them with matching cement and chemically dipped chalk to the full depth of the hole:Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (Fipnoril 2.92%Eco in oil or kerosene based solution) by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same.

Cleaning of underground R.C.C. sump by mechanical operations / by means of pressure cleaning system .The following operaions shall be carried out for cleaning as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.. a)Cleaning of the walls, floors, ceiling, throughly by applying jet of water with high pressure cleaning machine. b)The turbid water and sludge etc. shall be removed by using the special vacume pump c)The entire surface shall be cleaned by applying the antibacterial sterilizing agent such as sodium hypochloride / bleaching powder. d)Final cleaning of the entire surface shall be carried out with fresh water using the high pressure jet pump e)The cleaned surface shall be dried by using clean mops and special vacum pump. f)The entire sump shall be sterilized using the ultraviolet rays. Note:-(Requisite pumps ,accessories ,cleaning materials etc. conveyance, loading , unloading of high pressure jets,etc. shall be taken care of by the agency and nothing extra will be paid on any account.)

Cleaning Over head tank by flushing out water, tank inner surfaces shall be rubbed with wire brushes to remove the fungus,weeds, dust and green mass, silts etc. and the same shall be disposed to the nearest municipal dump. The inner surfaces shall be cleaned with bleaching powder and finally cleaned with clean water. The rate includes One or more coats of white washing on inner side for masonary tank.

Masonry Over head tank of size 8000 litres capacity (The rate includes painting of walls,ceiling, floor with thick coat of white washing)

Cleaning of terrace including uprooting the plants,branches of trees over the walls, applying of chemicals to prevent the further growth up to third floor level,cleaning of decayed vegetation,sludge,Algae etc. below the over head tank area and disposal of the same as directed by Engineer -in -charge
