Supply, installation, testing and commissioning as in replacement of 03 phase , 04 wire, single source direct connected BIS marked IS-16444 Digital Energy meter, 10-60 Amps, 240 Volts, accuracy class-1.0 with GPRS/4G module for connectivity with HES & having LCD type display, calibration LED, Optical communication port, push button for scroll and having features for load disconnection through internal Latching relay complying as per UC1 and data download port for last 200 tamper event and load survey for last 45 days with all standard anti-tamper features including sealing facility complete, communication protocol DLMS as per category D2 and all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & Implementation of cloud based Smart Prepaid Meter system including required software, date base defining, mapping of consumers and running the vending system for each meter for lifetime validity and training users for one year complete all as directed. MDAS should have facility to download meter data periodically, shall support on demand download of instantaneous, billing, tamper data, dashboard for viewing instantanous meter data, facility to connect/disconnect meter individually, circle wise,etc. Software shall also support admin & user login view with appropriate authorisation as decided by engineer in charge. Software shall be supplied by same OEM of whose meters are installed. System shall be ISO 27001 compliant for Information security and OEM shall provide requisite certificate.

Supply, installation, testing of Cloud based Vending Portal management charges, Leased line charges for cloud server connectivity & database maintainence per meter for one year.

Supply, installation, VPN IPV6 Static SIM card charges to be paid in advance .Note:Initial recharge for two year will be done by the contractor

Disconnecting electrically, dismentling and taking out old unserviceable electric energy meter any type/size and deposited to MES store yard.

(Note : MCB DB & MCCB / MCB any type should be same Note : The cost of MCCB and MCBs shall deemed to be included in the unit cost.
