Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat withEmulsion (RS1) using distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface Treted with Primar cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(iii)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm - to 11.2 mm size of aggregates Mix Ratio 2:1 either using penetration grade bitumen or Emulsion tothe required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on the reviously prepared base,I/C mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with three smooth wheeled rollar 80-100 Tonne capacity and finishing to required level as per Tech. specification clause. 508 ( by Meachanical Means )

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 ( By Machenical Mean )
