The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from proven source having satisfactory past supply performance of same or similar item as per 16.4 of General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railway stores department. Firms will have to submit documents of past performance along with the offer such as copies of P.O. along with inspection certification, receipt note etc. falling which their offers may be rejected without making any back reference.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

All participated vendors must see the Eastern Railway's GENERAL TENDER CONDITION effective from 22/11/2025.
