Earth work for clearance of Escape by mechanical equipment i.e by Hydraulic excavator (Poclain) of capacity of 60 cum per hour and including dressing of excavated earth .

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling R.B. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unservicaable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on edge accoridng to lines, graded and cross section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25mm thick layer of earth over brick soiling, watering and rolling the same with three wheel road roller 80-100 Kn as per MORD Technical Spacification Clause 412.

Fabrication of steel Gate (1.50 X 1.50 Mtr) with Angle Iron & 12mm Squar Bar including cutting .driling .welding where necessary and fixing in positation including all cost of lead &etc.for proper completion of work . With one coat of red oxide primer . But excluding cost of cement concret fixing i/c cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.

First Class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in Super-structure including necessary cutting and molding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick work thickness not to be less than 11/2 brick thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Stuck deep pointing in 1:2 cement with coarse sand mortar including all cost of materials, labour and T&P with lead upto 60m and lift upto 3.0 m

10 mm to 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:2 cement mortar single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering finished even and smooth.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone ballast 20 mm. nominal size) in foundation including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.
