(8:45 AM to 5:30 PM) General Shift Note: - One job means carrying out one work for a month as per specification, terms and conditions of the tender. Details of water coolers: Storage drinking water coolers of 150/150 Ltr. capacity. 1 Job means:- [1] One Highly Skilled Mechanic [2] Two Mechanics [3] Two Helpers
Comprehensive maintenance of Water Coolers installed at various sites of IIT Delhi. 150/150ltr (1TR Capacity) = 190 nos. Scope of work broadly includes the following: Supply and fitting of all spare parts and repair of water coolers as given below:
1. Compressor 1.5 TR
2. Compressor 1.0 TR
3. Fan Motor
4. Float Valve
5. Tap (Plastic) Push Type
6. Capacitor 4.0 MFD
7. Capacitor 36 MFD
8. Capacitor 45 MFD
9. Fan Blade
11. Thermostate
12. Gas- R-134A
13. Cleaning Compund
14. Cappilary
15. Rubber Housing Pipe
16. Oxygen & LPG
17. Tank Leakage Repair & Gas Charging
18. Condensor Coil
19. Water Cooler Body Repair Charges
Any Kind of maintenance required for smooth running of the unit shall also be carried out by the firm & nothing extra shall be paid on this account. In case of Breakdown of any unit, the contractor will attend the same within 08 hrs. Failing which a compensation amounting to Rs. 1000/- per day shall be imposed on the firm and be deducted from the CAMC bill of contractor.
