Erection of Single pole as stud pole structure on 11mtr ST Pole including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (clamps with bolt and nut, Aluminium paint, red oxide paint etc. complete).

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) by digging pit in Proper size (1.2 M depth x1.2 M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝) on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable. Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks.

Rising of 33KV ‘XLPE’ cable in air after providing 6” dia. M.S pipe 3 m long Complete work.

Providing Special GI Pipe Earthing Complete for 33 KV ‘XLPE’ C/J Kit.

Jointing charges of 33 KV ‘XLPE’ C/J Kit 3x300mm² Outdoor& St. Through

Grouting of stay rods (20 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension.

Chopping of branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place. (Length of line 22.01 KM)

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, cutting, fabrication and fixing of guarding channel 75 x 40 x 3010 mm with clamps nut & bolts etc.

Erection of Line Isolator Structure and install Line Isolator and earthing complete work. (01 Job Jungle Kaudiya & 01 Job Netwar S/S with 30 Mtr 33 KV cable laying & cable laying charges including in cable laying Part)

Fabrication of 13 mtr. Long S.T. pole by welding 3 mtr. long 5” dia M.S. pipe and flat iron 50 x 6 mm 12” long by providing M.S. pipe.
