Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixted with water proffing compound as per manufacturer instructions on fair faces of RCC /stone patti roof surface finished fair & even without using extra cement even complete all as spescified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ

M & L for five layered roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 0.6metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coved filled in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at junction of roof and parapet wall / mumty / other vertical space and applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.30 litre/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity 500 litre, keeping aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting it required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable water tank of any description capacity exc 250 Ltr but n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity each & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks of 500 Ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted, double layer, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 31.00 here-in-before but 1000 litre capacity

S&F in repair 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm thick sand stone slab, set & jointed on joints in CM 1:4 including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type, B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate (for providing bottom cover to PVC tank) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15mm bore keeping aside for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel water tubing 15 mm dia galvanised medium grade including all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc) and fixed to walls/ceilings/ laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 20mm bore gun metal glove valve and S&F 20mm bore gun metal gate valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed block etc including weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry external surfaces of wall finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in ceiling surfaces (CM 1:4), finished even and smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling/chajjas and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore bend/shoe of any radius fixed with cement joint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) single junction (single Tee) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified & directed.
