M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick, (table rubbed or polished) in step, jambs, cooking platform and the like, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.
