Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end): with all necessary fittings required for the installation of Gate Valves in HDPE pipes complete job : 65mm nominal bore

Filling avaliable excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Providing Supplying & installation of pre- insulated MDPE pipe of 20mm dia conforming to ISO 4427:1996 with latest amendements and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destinations and jointing of pipes by Electrofusion PE Coupler as per standard procedure and guidlines complete giving hyduralic test as per relevant ISI. Insulation shall be done with 36kg/cum PUF of thickness 50mm with PN2.5 PVC outer jacket pipe with all leads and lifts including testing commissioning. the rate is inclusive of required specials and fittings etc., complete MDPE Grade PE80, Class of Pipe PN16 for pipe section above frost line

Providing, Supplying & Installation of 15 mm C.P. brass tap with all specials & fittings required for connecting tap to MDPE pipe with all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work

Providing and placing on ground (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes including fittings and the base support for tank. Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes confirming to IS 15801, UV stabilized & anti - microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PP - R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing.
