Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) Area not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium window/ventilator shutter sliding type with styles, rails size 40mm x 20mm, frame for chowkat size 44.5mm x 90mm, including channel to run three trackin frame, fixed glazing all are made from powder coated aluminium anodised section including necessary jointing cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws of suitable size with and including 4mm thick frosted glass /tinned glass etc complete as specified. Note:- (i) Three Nos of track to be provided. (ii) In three tracks, shutter with frosted glass / tinned glass, wire gauge 0.56mm dia. (iii) Thickness of aluminium section shall not be less than 1.00 mm)

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutter side hung type without sash bar aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats glazing clips,rubber packing ,anodised aluminium snap beading ,screw anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 no) hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 no) suitable handle 1 no complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors ,windows,ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for 4.0mm thick frosted/tinted sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with beading n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material & labour ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 Sqm coloured in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement in 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for floor tiles complete including dismantling of floor tiles incl cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviciable tiles to stores complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceremic coloured tiled in vertical surfaces 300x600x7 mm thick(as approved by Engr-in-Charge) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement in 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for wall tiles to match including dismantling of wall tiles incl cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviciable tiles to stores complete all as specified.

Material & labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm coloured in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement in 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for floor tiles complete including dismantling of floor tiles incl cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviciable tiles to stores complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing 25 mm thick, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
