Material and labour for Rolled mild steel in rolled sections in vertical posts as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters ; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality A. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting hold fast etc and making good dismantled portion with PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates), area n. exc. 150 sq cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 75 mm thick type D-2 , 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base of floor and finishing cement concrete surface even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in benching/ padding of grease trap complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in hold fast including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in posts including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size sub class locally available bricks, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs of drain, man holes etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

Excavating over areas , n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L broken stone Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm , deposited , spread and levelled in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment including 20 mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour laying well burnt old size bricks, continuous brick edging; with width equal to the length of the brick; of whole burnt bricks, laid dry on edge vertically and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 as in drain or any situtation with out sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement concrete M-25 (Design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns , in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, including ridge cover fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm thick as earth lead by means of brazing, bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron protected by 32 mm dia Galvanised iron pipe 'light grade' and connected to main distribution board or earthing test point as directed all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion.
